Welcome to LocaLoyalty! Your workplace has chosen LocaLoyalty to reward customers for their loyalty.

LocaLoyalty is an app that helps local businesses create digital loyalty programs. Customers earn stamps on their phone when they make purchases at your business. These stamps can lead to rewards like discounts or free items!

Your Role​

As an employee, your job is to give customers stamps when they make qualifying purchases. You play an important role in making the loyalty program work!

What You Need to Do:​

  • Give stamps: When a customer buys something, give them a stamp through the LocaLoyalty app.
  • Follow the rules: Make sure you give the correct number of stamps for each purchase.

Loyalty Program Structures​

Before you start, ask your manager or owner how the loyalty program works at your business. The rules may be different at each place.

Common Loyalty Program Structures:​

  • 1 Drink = 1 stamp
  • 1 Dessert = 1 stamp
  • 1 Sandwich = 2 stamps
